Made to order

Every oddments. piece is printed or embroidered after you order, which means less waste and no piles of unsold stock. Production usually takes 3–7 working days before your order ships.

Delivery times

From the day you order, including production:

• United Kingdom: usually 2–4 weeks
• European Union: usually 2–4 weeks
• Rest of the world: usually 2–5 weeks

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Delivery costs

Delivery is calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order and where it's going, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

As a guide, one hoodie to the UK is usually around £4.50 and two are around £7.50. Orders to the EU and the rest of the world vary by country.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Customs and duties

For orders delivered outside the UK, any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility.

Address problems and missing parcels

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you've provided. If your order hasn't arrived within the time shown above, get in touch through our contact page straight away and we'll chase it with the carrier or send a replacement.
